'Don’t take it adversarially': Delhi HC to Centre on Kiran Bedi’s plea to join Satya Niketan case - The Tribune
The Centre and the Delhi High Court on Thursday differed over former IPS officer and Puducherry L-G Kiran Bedi’s attempt to join proceedings arising from the Satya Niketan PG building collapse that killed seven people. While the Centre opposed her intervention, the Bench said her administrative experience could prove useful in addressing an issue that involved larger public interest.
