DODOMA: FINANCE Minister Ambassador Khamis Mussa Omar has announced that the Government plans to allocate TSh 100 billion every month to settle outstanding debts owed to public servants, contractors, suppliers, and various service providers in order to reduce the backlog of government liabilities. While presenting the Ministry of Finance's revenue and expenditure estimates for the 2026/2027 financial
