Sparkling Cucumber Limeade Recipe - Mashed

Zutaten:
- 2 English cucumbers
- 8 limes
- ½ cup white sugar
- 2 cups ice
- 3 cups club soda
- 5 lime wheels, for garnish
- 5 cucumber slices, for garnish
Arbeitsschritte:
- Chop the cucumbers.
- Juice the limes.
- Blend the cucumbers on high until smooth and liquified.
- Pour the cucumber mixture through a fine-mesh sieve set over a bowl.
- Press gently on the solids to extract as much juice as possible.
- Pour the cucumber juice into a large pitcher.
- Add the lime juice.
- Add the sugar.
- Stir until the sugar dissolves in the juice.
- Add the lime wheels and cucumber slices.
- Add the ice.
- Add the club soda.
- Stir well and serve immediately.
