The Bombay High Court will hear on July 7 a petition filed by Purushottam Khanchandani seeking transfer of the investigation into the death of advocate and activist Sarita Khanchandani. The plea alleges bias in the ongoing probe, delays in registering the FIR and failure to promptly secure key evidence, and seeks an independent investigation.
