The units are expected to be listed on the Nasdaq Capital Market ('Nasdaq”) and begin trading tomorrow, May 21, 2026, under the ticker symbol 'APURU.” Each unit consists of one Class A ordinary share and one right (the 'Share Right”) to receive one-fourth (1/4) of one Class A ordinary share upon the consummation of an initial business combination.
