The Bombay High Court criticised Mumbai Police over delays in tracing a missing youth whose father filed a petition after more than 18 months. The bench questioned why photographs were not circulated through media and directed police to form a dedicated team. Police informed the court that senior officers would oversee the investigation and further hearing is scheduled next week.
