When one of them is wear out, both of them should be replaced at the same time. Other wise the hub spline will strip soon. This hub/drum is a replacement for the earlier hub & drum andhas the star spline instead of the straight key. Has a 3/4-Inch center hole with a 24-tooth star spline This hub/drum will NOT operate with a keyed axle/hub interface. The drum is held in place by a castellated nut (5/8-Inch x 18tpi) and a thick (.118-Inch) flat washer.
