MP CM Mohan Yadav has directed officers to complete this year’s DPC process before year-end to ensure timely promotions for government employees. Saying DPCs must be held annually, he also called for simpler administrative procedures, quicker compassionate appointments and reiterated plans to recruit one lakh youths across government departments.
