Saudi Arabia has strongly condemned Iran after two UAE-linked ADNOC tankers were targeted while transiting the Strait of Hormuz. Riyadh called the attacks a dangerous escalation and a direct threat to maritime security, freedom of navigation and global energy supplies. Saudi Arabia also held Iran responsible for the consequences of continued attacks and reaffirmed its support for the UAE.
