The Uganda Tourism Association (UTA), the umbrella body for Uganda's private tourism sector, has backed the Roosevelt Africa Trail (RAT), positioning the initiative as an opportunity to develop a sustainable heritage tourism product capable of attracting visitors, stimulating investment, creating jobs and generating new income for communities across Uganda.
