The special MPID court allowed former Kuber Mutual Benefits director Mukesh Sharma to purchase four properties attached by the EOW in 2000 for Rs 58 crore. The properties remained attached for 26 years after Sharma’s acquittal in 2023. Sale proceeds will be deposited with the competent authority to help clear investors’ dues.
