Just days before Donald Trump’s high-stakes meeting with Chinese President Xi Jinping, Washington imposed fresh sanctions on companies and individuals accused of helping Iran’s missile and drone programs. The U.S. Treasury Department sanctioned 10 entities and individuals, including companies based in China, Hong Kong, Dubai, Belarus and Iran. Washington claims the network helped Tehran secure weapons, drone components and materials used in ballistic missiles and Shahed drones.
