We build a horizontal platform made up of composable primitives, not feature-by-feature point solutions, and we take the same approach to design—especially on Web.
The website has become the company's largest owned channel: more than a dozen new sections in the last year, every existing page rebuilt and interlinked through a well-structured CMS, traffic more than doubled.
You'll own that surface end to end alongside Shaked Ginott, our Lead Web Designer — just the two of you, which means scope and seniority grow as fast as you can carry them. You'll design and build on it directly and be accountable for how what you ship performs in the market, working closely with product, commercial, marketing, brand, and SEO.
On a daily basis, you'll:
The strongest web talent usually gets pulled toward agencies. We think the better work is here. At an agency you hand a project off and move to the next client; in-house, you own one surface for years and your work compounds as the brand and positioning evolve.
You sit inside the business, close to product and go-to-market, so the work is shaped by company strategy and measured on commercial results rather than sign-off. Studio Planhat runs with the discipline of a research team more than a traditional creative shop: brand here is built through cumulative effort over years, not campaigns over quarters. The line from what you ship to what it does in the market is short, and it's yours to close.
To succeed in this role:
Technically, you must be:
In a year, you're succeeding if:
The designer-led creative team that defines Planhat's visual identity and storytelling at a standard that sets the company apart in market. We serve GTM and Product as our customers, always optimizing for objective, audience, and constraint, building world-class identity and narrative across every touchpoint.
Recently completed, with a rooftop that opens onto St Pancras and the skyline beyond. The office sits in the Knowledge Quarter at King's Cross — a single square mile home to around a hundred academic, research and commercial institutions, with Google DeepMind, OpenAI and Anthropic among the immediate neighbours. Coal Drops Yard and Granary Square are a few minutes along the canal.
We're building the operating system for autonomous companies.
The future enterprise is autonomous. Commercial processes that today depend on human effort - servicing, retaining, expanding, selling and supporting — will increasingly be automated. The companies that make this transition will pull ahead. The ones that don't won't survive.
Planhat exists to make that transition real.
We started bootstrapped. Customer-funded, built on discipline instead of venture capital. That foundation shaped everything: how we build, how we sell, how we think about the long game.
Today, Planhat is the agentic customer platform of choice for 700+ companies — powering close to 10 million commercial relationships worldwide and billions of dollars runs through our platform. Wiz, Revolut, Nasdaq, Synthesia, Workday and Dropbox run their customer revenue through Planhat every year.
The shift driving all of this: business is moving to an outcome economy. Companies of the future will not buy software alone anymore — they want outcomes, and they renew or consume more when they get them. That changes everything about what enterprise software needs to be.
The winners will be the ones who build the context layer - a deep, structured, living picture of their business reality. Process automation deployed by operators — not advisors.
The outcome gap is the opportunity. Context is the moat. Deployment is the differentiator. We're building all three.
