A MANIT Bhopal team, along with water management experts, has begun the scientific conservation of Burhanpur’s 400-year-old Kundi Bhandara underground water system. The initiative includes technical assessment, structural analysis and documentation to restore the Mughal-era hydraulic network while preserving its historical authenticity and ensuring its sustainable revival.
