She wakes up before anyone else in the house. She makes breakfast, packs the school bag, reminds her husband about his meeting, answers work emails on her phone before she has even had a glass of water, manages the household, shows up fully at the office, comes home, makes dinner, listens to everyone's problems, and falls into bed at midnight. And then she wakes up the next morning and does it all again. Somewhere in the middle of all of that, she stopped asking herself a very simple question: how am I doing? Not how the family is doing. How is the project going? Not how everyone else is managing.
