Natural licorice flavor oil from Nature's Flavors is an oil-soluble flavoring made with plant-based ingredients and no artificial colors or flavors. It brings a sweet, bold licorice taste to hard candy, baking, and confections. It is oil-soluble and holds its flavor through heat where an alcohol-based extract would cook off, giving desserts a true licorice flavor with nothing artificial.
