(the 'Company”) (NASDAQ: GBFH), the parent company of GBank (the 'Bank”), today reported net income of $5.5 million, or $0.38 per diluted share, for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, compared to $1.3 million, or $0.09 per diluted share during the first quarter of 2026, and $4.8 million, or $0.33 per diluted share, for the second quarter of 2025. For the six months ended June 30, 2026, net income was $6.8 million, or $0.47 per diluted share, compared to $9.2 million, or $0.65 per diluted share, for the comparable six-month period of 2025. Excluding the impact of credit card fraud losses recorded during the first quarter of 2026, adjusted net income(1) for the six months ended June 30, 2026 was $10.1 million, or $0.69 adjusted diluted earnings per share(1).
