The special PMLA court has issued process against Ashok Kharat, his wife and four others after taking cognisance of an ED complaint alleging Rs 17.70-crore money laundering. The court said repeated use of the same modus across multiple FIRs indicated a systematic and continuous generation of proceeds of crime. The accused must appear by September 22.
