Zambia Follows MP’s Kuno Model For Cheetahs, Plans 2,000-Hectare Soft Release Boma
MP’s Kuno National Park’s cheetah conservation model is finding an international taker, with Zambia adopting its quarantine, soft-release and round-the-clock monitoring approach. Six cheetahs translocated from South Africa to Zambia are expected to undergo quarantine before entering a planned 2,000-hectare soft-release boma and eventually being released into the wild.
