Security analyst Dr Victor Doke has urged the newly assigned Defence Minister, Kenneth Gilbert Adjei, to make security in Northern Ghana his immediate priority, stressing the need to strengthen border protection, improve intelligence capabilities and deepen collaboration among the country's security agencies.
