Elon Musk’s claim that “flying cars are real” has sparked major backlash online after Tesla showcased its futuristic Roadster performing an airborne stunt. The demonstration showed the car speeding up a ramp, flipping mid-air with air-jet boosters and landing, but social media users were far from convinced. While some mocked the brief flight as “falling with style,” others questioned whether the stunt deserved to be called flying at all. With production reportedly planned for 2028 and a price tag of at least $200,000, the Roadster has left the internet asking one question: where’s the flying?
