The Madhya Pradesh government has exempted Class 4 employees aged 45 and above from submitting CPCT scorecards for departmental promotion to Assistant Grade 3. Computer proficiency remains mandatory. Other eligibility conditions apply, with probation provisions allowing time to acquire qualifications. The relaxation does not extend to direct recruitment or other appointments.
