Congress opposed a BMC proposal to change reservations on a 4,179.56 sq m Versova plot currently marked for a municipal chowky and fire station. Party leader Ashraf Azmi said the move could enable residential development and demanded details on FSI, TDR and land ownership. Congress sought hearings with residents and the fire brigade before any decision.
