Bombay HC Orders ED To Return Chellaram Mills Director’s Assets As 180-Day Limit Expires
The Bombay High Court has directed the ED to return seized documents and digital devices belonging to Chellaram Mills director Mukesh Talreja and unfreeze his bank locker. The court found that the 180-day retention period under the PMLA had expired without the required approval to extend it.
