An Indian man has been charged with fraud in Australia after he claimed injuries in the Bondi Beach terror attack and then sought compensation -- only to the shock of investigators who found out that he was not at the attack site at that time on December 14, 2025. 46-year-old Simeswell Cyril, an Indian national, is now being held in Sydney immigration detention and will be facing deportation from the country because of his fraudulent compensation claim.
