Maharashtra plans to position itself as a global hub for space-related industries through the upcoming Spacefest, Industries Minister Uday Samant said. The initiative will promote space technology, innovation and entrepreneurship while attracting investment and creating jobs. The state will support space and defence companies with industrial land and infrastructure through MIDC.
