A Pakistani terrorist, Mohammed Usman Jatt, infiltrated Jammu and Kashmir for Lashkar-e-Taiba. He paused his terror mission to get a hair transplant in Srinagar. Jatt told interrogators that life in Kashmir differed from his training. He crossed the border with instructions for attacks but witnessed a different reality. The NIA is investigating the case.
