Madhya Pradesh has introduced Coaching Centres Rules 2026, making registration mandatory within 90 days. Centres must install CCTV cameras, ensure fire safety, appoint mental health counsellors and disclose fees, refunds and tutor qualifications. The rules also mandate student welfare measures, quarterly parent meetings and reporting suicide incidents within 24 hours.
