The CBI probe has revealed that a data entry operator in the Haryana State Pollution Control Board (HSPCB) not only conspired with the accused bank officials but “facilitated and assisted in processing investments in favour of private banks” in violation of the rules, leading to a loss of Rs 169.36 crore.
