A security guard who allegedly shot a man in the face with a stun gun at point-blank range at a California bar has been arrested. Footage appears to show the guard pulling out the device and firing it at the shirtless individual, sending the man to the ground in pain. A later clip shows the security guard then being led away in handcuffs by police officers. “The investigation determined that during the incident, a security guard allegedly deployed a stun gun during the altercation.
