Resident doctors at Indore's MGM Medical College have accused neurosurgery HOD Dr Paresh Sodhiya of public insults, excessive duty hours, examination threats and making them pay for departmental repairs. Some residents remain away from duty. Dean Dr Arvind Ghanghoria says mediation resolved the dispute, while Sodhiya declined comment.
