Mumbai BJP president and MLA Ameet Satam has demanded that the BMC's L Ward Assistant Commissioner be booked for culpable homicide, alleging negligence in failing to prune dangerous trees despite repeated warnings led to a fatal accident in Kurla's Naupada. He also called for scientific tree management and stricter accountability of civic officials during the monsoon.
