The Railway Board has flagged cases where announcements for two trains arriving on the same platform were made just a minute apart, raising passenger confusion and safety concerns. Member Vivek Kumar Gupta said the issue emerged during station inspections. The Board has asked CRIS and railway zones to review NTES-IPIS coordination and make technical changes to keep information synchronised.
