The Bombay High Court has asked the SRA to consider forfeiting rehabilitation rights of repeat garbage dumpers, suggesting action after more than two prosecutions or fines. The court also sought stronger waste-management enforcement and warned the Kanjurmarg dumping-ground contractor of possible penalties of Rs 5 lakh per day.
