Mumbai Airport will replace the iconic peacock-inspired carpet at Terminal 2 with Epoxy Terrazzo flooring in a phased project to be completed by March 2027. The upgrade aims to improve durability, maintenance and passenger movement while preserving the terminal's signature design inspired by the original carpet.
