The Supreme Court relaxed the bail conditions for Meeran Haider, who is an accused in the 2020 Delhi riots case. Haider is now required to mark attendance at the Crime Branch police station every Saturday. His attendance for the dates of his wedding on October 17 and 24 has been exempted. Bail conditions, including restrictions on social media use and participation in gatherings, will remain unchanged.
