Congress leader Ashraf Azmi has sought a probe and an immediate stay on the proposed redevelopment of a BMC-owned Worli plot, alleging irregularities in allotment, concessional ground rent and occupant rehabilitation. He warned of a potential Rs. 400-crore loss and sought transit rent for all 43 recorded occupants.
