The Madhya Pradesh Housing Board has advanced its ₹1,000-crore Central Vista redevelopment project, with the master plan completed and the DPR under preparation. Ten green-rated towers will replace Satpura and Vindhyanchal Bhawans in four phases over three to five years, following the 2023 Satpura Bhawan fire.
