A Mumbai sessions court has rejected astrologer Rajshekhar Shashtri’s anticipatory bail plea in a case involving alleged cheating of a woman of Rs 69.30 lakh through promises to cure her sister’s cancer with religious rituals. The court said custodial interrogation was necessary to trace the money and gold ornaments.
