Chaos erupted at Bhopal Municipal Corporation headquarters on Monday after employee Sunil Gaikwad allegedly set pages from books on fire and threw them at Mayor Malti Rai’s official vehicle during a protest over his employment status. A security guard suffered burns while removing the burning material. Police subsequently registered an FIR.
