Congress has alleged that KDMC’s Town Planning Department approved a Gandhari building plan using a notarised document instead of a registered development agreement. Group leader Kanchan Kulkarni demanded action against the builder and officials if wrongdoing is found. KDMC has suspended construction permission and begun removing the builder’s name from project records pending further review.
