Driving across Madhya Pradesh could become costlier as PWD plans to expand its toll network, with at least 12 additional roads proposed and more in the pipeline. The department aims to increase annual toll revenue from around ₹400 crore to ₹2,000–3,000 crore over 10–15 years, while increasingly favouring the HAM model.
