Zutaten:
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 Red Pepper ( diced)
- 1 Green Pepper ( diced)
- 1 Kielbasa Sausage ( diced)
- 2 cups Mozarella Cheese ( shredded)
- 1 jar Spaghetti Sauce
- 1 loaf Baguette Bread ( sliced)
Arbeitsschritte:
- Preheat the oven to the broil setting.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the diced peppers and kielbasa sausage to the skillet. Cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the peppers are softened.
- Pour in the spaghetti sauce and stir until combined. Cook until the sauce is hot and bubbly.
- Arrange baguette slices on a baking sheet.
- Spoon the sausage and pepper mixture onto each slice of bread.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over each piece.
- Place the baking sheet under the broiler and cook until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and lightly golden. Watch closely to prevent burning.
- Serve warm as an appetizer or snack.
