The authorities of Pt BD Sharma University of Health Sciences, Rohtak (UHSR), have tightened the norms governing the transfer of employees, making prior approval of the Vice-Chancellor mandatory for shifting administrative, ministerial and technical staff within the university and its constituent colleges.
