Uttar Pradesh plans to expand Bharat Taxi from Lucknow-Kanpur to all 75 districts and villages through Primary Agricultural Credit Societies. The proposed cooperative model will offer bike, auto and cab services with zero commission and no surge pricing, while seeking to make drivers stakeholders in the business.
