NAVI MUMBAI: A co-opted councillor of Eknath Shinde-led Shiv Sena from Pen municipal council, Raigad and a former co-opted Pen councillor of BJP among two other men were arrested by Ulwe police Saturday in the prostitution racket busted at La Residency Apartment Hotel in sector 19, Ulwe on June 17, where a raid was conducted after sending a decoy customer.
