The MPCB told the Bombay High Court that it has issued a warning notice to MEIL over alleged noise pollution from the Thane-Borivali twin tunnel project's RMC plant. The Board also submitted its inspection report recommending additional dust-control measures as the PIL seeking relocation of the facility remains pending.
