- 1 cup almond milk
- 1/4 cup unflavored pea protein powder (or whey protein)
- 1 medium very ripe banana
- 2 baby carrots
- 1 tablespoon ground flax
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
- lots of ice
- sweetener of choice (optional)
