MHADA has announced that Kamathipura cluster redevelopment will proceed through resident participation and consultation. The 34-acre project covers 475 cessed and 259 non-cessed buildings involving over 8,000 residents, tenants and nearly 800 landowners. MHADA has also approved demands including advance rent, shifting allowance and enhanced commercial occupant rent.
