Specifically designed for installing new bearings in the rear drive axle, and on the front drive axle if the vehicle is four-wheel-drive, the Pinion Bearing Race Driver Set, is ideal for shops that do powertrain service.
The kit consists of eight popular bearing and seal drivers ranging from 2.687 to 4.5 that cover most applications found in trucks, vans and SUVs.
Contains drivers in the following sizes: 2-11/16 , 2-27/32 , 2-7/8 , 3 , 3-1/4 , 3-1/2 , 3-3/4 and 4-1/8
Includes 16 long, two piece, screw-together handle for hard to reach pinion races inside the rear end
A pneumatic drive adapter is also included for use with an air hammer to effectively ease installation efforts, and can be used interchangeably with the drive handle extension.
